facility - a 21,000 sq. ft. building in Atlanta, GA. The facility is in an
industrial business park, located at:

The corporate office will remain in Chattanooga, but is moving to a new
address:
117 Lee Parkway suite 102 C
Chattanooga. TN 37421
The Atlanta facility will be the operations infrastructure that will include
all recycling and production activity.
